Should we have "loser pays" in civil law suits like Sweden has?

Hard to say. I think that the courts should be more careful about taking on what might be considered frivolous lawsuits, like that nut who sued his dry cleaners for millions of dollars because they lost a pair of slacks. In that case, I would be all for the dry cleaners going after that guy since he almost ran them out of business from the legal fees they incurred.
