Is it possible to re-use nuclear material from dis-armed nuclear warheads/weapons, in a nuclear power-plant?

Yes it is possible and yes it is being done. Look up the Megatons to Megawatts program. It is the program that the US and Russia set up where the old Russian warheads are being used in our nuclear reactors for fuel.
