Why do Greece and Greek Cyprus complain to EU over Turkey's plans to build a nuclear power plants?

Turkey is planing to built reactors in Sinop and Mersin the Mersin one will be probably blocked but they plan to go ahead with the Sinop one. The question is not what Greece or anyone else will do, The question is what the Turkish people will do.
