HELP MY HAMSTER FEEL SAFE?

i just got a robo hamster today and i puut him in his new cage. he was ok and was exploring untilll he went p a tube and just chilled there.. he came out after an hour and then i was stupid and tried to pick him up....he pretty much leaped ot of my hands and fell about 3 feet.when i put him back in he rushed to his safe plastic tube. i tried puttng a treat there aand he took it and went back up.....1. how do i get him to be comfy in another place?...2. how can i get him to trust me again....and 3. do u think hes hurt from the fall?
