My chinchilla keeps chewing up her houses?

Everytime I get a new hide house for my chin, she chews it to pieces in a few weeks. I also give her plenty to chew on, apple twigs and cubes of hay but she mostly wants to chew on her house. I've been going through houses like crazy. Should I buy a fabric house? I saw one on etsy that looked comfy and nice but I am not sure if it will be too hot for her.
