Why did Obama cut our biggest yield warheads, best fighters, and stealthiest bombers?

The military has alot of wasteful spending that we could really cut back on but why did Obama choose our best mentioned above instead? Something not right. Does he want America weak? Does he think this will cause Russia and china to reciprocate? Why did he not cut our outdated weapon systems instead? Nobody has a good answer. Is he mental or is he trying to destroy us?
