Would a computer with these specs be good for gaming for the next few years?

If you are going to be using this rig for gaming then theres really no need to get a z68 mobo because it just lets you use onboard graphics with an unlocked processor. Also you dont need to get an i7 for gaming, shell out some more money for a better graphics card or maybe ssds. And dont get the 2GB version of the 460 because it doesn't really improve performance unless you will be running 2+1080p monitors while gaming.
