Is there any way I can make my highlights more red/orange?

My hairdresser has made them the wrong color twice. It is still an ashy color, but I want it to be caramel and warm toned! It just doesnt suit me :( I don't want to go back again because it will just seem like I'm always complaining, can someone help me???
