Please Suggest the best size for my LCD Monitor considering my Gaming Rig ?

Get a 24 inch monitor that can display at 1080p (1920x1080). This is all the resolution you really need for most games, and there are plenty of *cheap* monitors out there these days that can do that. With such a high resolution, you may not even need anti-aliasing which would cause an additional FPS hit.
