I wanna buy a gaming pc under 700 $ (30000-32000 RS.).....suggestions?

I would get a better video card. The 5570 is a mid range card and will not be able to play all games at max settings. It could cost you a little more.. $200-300 alone for these cards, but the ATI Radeon 6970 or the Nvidia GTX 580 can destroy anything you throw at it.
